Officers

I'm currently working on a voting system/program. There will be 4 ranks below leader each with requirements that will be observed. After we are established I will most likely be spending approximately 40% of my gaming time into the clan. Officers will be expected to spend about 5%-25%, depending on their reponsabilities.
